Address Book Administration -> Import
Import contacts from Microsoft Outlook, Windows Address Book (Outlook
Express), Palm Desktop, Handy Address Book, vCards, or Yahoo. Select the
file format you wish to import, and follow along with the instructions
displayed. Specify how you want to handle duplicates. You can choose
to replace, ignore, or duplicate contacts when encountering a duplicate.
