Address Book Administration -> Permissions
Use this administrative page to adjust permission levels for this address book.
Every defined user, including the <Anonymous> user, will be displayed.
Available permission levels are:
| Permission |
Meaning |
| None |
User cannot see or do anything with this address book.
It will not be displayed in their Control Panel. |
| View |
User can see the contact information, but cannot change
anything |
| Add |
"View" permissions, plus the user can add new contacts |
| Edit |
"Add" permissions, plus the user can modify or delete
contacts |
| Admin |
User can do anything within this address book.
This permission level is required to perform most address book
administration tasks. |
